How do I confirm goods received?

To confirm goods received, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to My Alibaba

2. Click All Orders under the section of Order Management and find the order you want to confirm.

3. Click Receive Goods.

Or

1. Click View Order

2. If your Order has been successfully delivered and you're satisfied with the item, click Confirm: Order Received

3. Click Confirm

After confirming delivery, click "Confirm" and the money will be automatically released to the supplier's bank account.
