i was charged 10.99 twice in my bank account to...

Wrongfully charged

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

 

You can use the following to determine if it is a real charge, what it is for, and to report a problem: See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

You can also go online to your bank account (or call the bank) and ask/check who may have charged those amounts.



You get your bank statement from ur credit card from which deduction is done in bank statement you can see the vendors name or company nameaddress

If it is Apple CustomerSupport.com

Contact Apple 1800 692 7753 make complaint regarding ur credit card usage without doing apps purchase

You can send email to Apple CustomerSupport support

Contact Apple support start request online.



Calling the Apple online store (the number you posted) will not be very helpful; one should contact iTunes support/billing:

And, there is no email for Apple customer support.
