- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

- click on your country's flag

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

I don't see the contact support or the iTunes contact support things



After clicking on your country's flag do you not see something like this at the top right of the page :
