Where are all my apps and the app store in itunes?

Since the last ITunes update I have not been able to get to all my apps that I have purchased for my phone and tablet in ITunes.  Does anyone know where they went?  Have looked in the App store on my computer but that does not give me anything that is available on my phone or tablet.  This is very frustrating as I have some that I need to download, update, and remove completely
