itunes 12.7 running slowly (unusable)

I've installed 12.7 on my Windows 10 Laptop and it took an age to start after it was installed.  Once it did eventually start its so, so, so, slow when viewing albums. Infact, its so slow its unusable.  The library is on a NAS device but that's worked fine up until now.  Ive reverted back to 12.6.2 and its all back and working fine but how do get 12.7 working ?
