i cannot log in with my user profile

Sent my computer out for service. The company needed the admin log on so I created a 2nd admin account and gave them that information.  They had to replace the usb ports, no other repairs. Since I've had the computer back, on start up I try to log onto my account (admin privileges) and my profile photo is blank and my password does not work.  I can log into other accounts, including the new admin account and then switch user and my account with photo appears and my password works.  I tried deleting the 2nd admin account but same behavior exists.  Any ideas?
