Can no longer move files on Mac Mini

Hi there.

I use my Mac Mini as the media hub for the house and have a number of external HDDs attached to it.

These drives are all formatted in Mac OS Extended (Journaled), but I'm now unable to copy or move any files from the internal HDD of the Mini to any of the externals.  I just get the greyed out icon when I try to drop the file/folder.

I'm also unable to delete items from any of the HDDs.

I've checked the sharing & permissions of the drives, and I have Read & Write access for all of them.  I've also tried using my Macbook Air to delete files from the HDDs and that doesn't work either.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this, and how I can fix it?

Solved.

Using "killall -HUP Finder" in Terminal seems to have fixed the problem.
