iTunes update download problem

Opened iTunes as normal and the update box appeared, I clicked on the download button and waited, then I got a box saying can't continue invalid signature.

Googled the problem and found someone with the same problem, they was told to download new version direct from apple, then right click and run as admin etc etc and this worked for the poster but not for me! I tried the same thing but Now I get this error message

"Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\WebKit.resources\WebinspectorUl\Views\StorageSidebarPanel.css. Verify that you have access to that directory"
