Delete duplicate tone with iTunes 12.7

I just downloaded a new tone twice by accident, so I now have a duplicate tone listed on my iPhone 7 Plus.

I had just installed iTunes 12.7 earlier, so there is no longer an option to edit my tones through syncing. I've gone to the Tones section of my iPhone through iTunes and can't delete anything there.

How can I delete the duplicate tone?
