Logic X Effects mouse bug

Hi guys,

Ever since Logic X's release, I've been having quite a few mouse and UI bugs occurring in the piano roll, the arrangement window and Logic's effects interfaces, but now they have increased to a point that renders LPX unusable. Here's a video that demonstrates the latter: Logic X Bug on Vimeo

As one can clearly see, there's no midi signal coming in that could be causing the issue. The issue occurs in 100% of the projects, but only affects Logic X UI elements. What's going on there?

Specs: iMac late 2013, 3,5 GHz Intel Core i7, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB, OSX Sierra 10.12.5, Logic 10.3.2, Magic Mouse

So I've tried a few things as mentioned in Apple's Logic X documentation (Resolve an issue in Logic Pro X - Apple Support) but nothing helps.

When signing in in as a guest user, the issue isn't there, so it has to be related to my user account. I've tried deleting all Logic preference files, deactivating all third party plugins, deleted and reindexed the AU cache (<User>/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/com.apple.audiounits.cache), reinstalled Logic… but the issue still prevails.

Where are Logic's hidden system files located, so I can reset the Logic installation for my user?
