QuickTime and Safari video problem

Just installed the new macOS High Sierra Now anytime I watch Netflix on safari and play in full  screen It plays in a green tint Same with videos on QuickTime but if I download Google Chrome and play Netflix on there it works perfectly fine anybody have an idea on what’s going on? I tried many different things from reinstalling the OS to completely formatting the hard drive I’ve messed with display settings even try different TVs Change the HDMI cable three times still nothing
