iCloud Photo Library Update on Win 10 caused hi...

Hi,

I installed an update today (4Oct17) to iCloud Photo Library (v7.0.0.0) on Windows 10 (v1607). After a reboot the process started hogging 30% of my CPU and has been doing so for some hours now. I don't think this is normal, and I'd rather it was not doing this. I've tried another reboot but symptoms persisted. Any suggestions?
