Time Capsule router issues after firmware update

Since the recent firmware update for Time Capsule, my MBP (mid-2012) has had difficulty with its wifi capabilites.  By wife's MBP (mid-2010) does fine, but I am having trouble getting web pages to load, often receiving error messages like "Server not found".  No problems with other wifi hotspots, just at home with the Time Capsule router. Turning wifi off and back on (on my laptop) sometimes gives a few minutes respite from the error messages, as does simply waiting for five or ten minutes.  Any suggestions?  Is it possible to downgrade the firmware to an earlier version?
