Movies shows in my account purchases but not in...

When I go to Account>Purchase History, I can see the movie listed (this was a free code with a blu-ray I was gifted) as purchased and price $0. However, the movie didn't download (kept giving an error when I entered the code) and it doesn't show as able to download now. Any ideas why?
