delete items on notifications list MacBook

There are two items in my notifications list on my MacBook -- I don't know how they got there and I want them gone. I am not registered on either websites, but I have been to the websites, and apparently that was enough. Can I get them off my list?

What is a good cookie monitor? I got tired of my last one.
