iTunes Removing The "App" Tab. Why Apple?

Hello Apple. Why do you have to remove the "App" tab in the iTunes. I want to organised and arrange Application via iTunes. So you want everything and forcing people to use the Cloud? Your Cloud is not cheap and please return the "App" tab. Your not our boss to do it and forced us, listen to the people we may agree to disagree but this latest update on your iTunes is ravish, some maybe is not using it but most of the people in to Apple product used using iTunes to sync their devices...
