iMac Late 2012 High CPU Usage

Hey, my iMac Late 2012 at work is currently sitting on 100% CPU usage. The fan is spinning 100% unless I turn it down with software. The computer was running Mountain Lion on a Sandisk SSD, I upgraded to Sierra to attempt to fix it didn't work. The computer is currently running on Mountain Lion again on a Samsung EVO 850. I am getting a Sensor failure error on the hardware test.

Hi, do you have a details about the sensor seems to be broken? Anyway, can you determin which is the process who's taking the CPU? Use this Use Activity Monitor on your Mac - Apple Support to get the process name .. if you want, you can post here a screenshot in case you're not familiar with the Activity Monitor.
