My iPad is locked by Activation lock!

In a day, My little brother changed the password without me knowing, And he forgot it..

So I had to restore it and I did, and the Apple ID that was linked to it is very old and I don't know anything about this Apple ID, I Just know the email address, Also the email was hacked so I don't have access to the account at all, After I restored it, It required me to sign in to that email address, I don't know what to do please help me!

If you can't reset it yourself contact Support and see if they can reset it for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

Or, and if you were the original purchaser of the iPad (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
