Macbook Pro 2017 Display problem and support

So I ordered 13" Macbook Pro 2017 (without the touch bar) thru the apple website and picked it up in the US. I used it here in the Philippines for work (prior in buying I sold my iMac since I will be travelling). After 3 weeks of using (I was chatting with someone on FB that time) the display suddenly turned off . Then I turned it on again, no display but the screen lights up (caps lock indicator and  function keys worked). So I had to call Apple support and told me to bring it to Authorized service center. So I did what they told me and indeed it is still under warranty period (of course that's less than a month used). The problem here is it would take them 3 weeks to fix the product. That's 3 weeks of no work!!! . I called Apple support and they won't accept replacement or refund. It really saddens me that I received a lemon product especially I used it less than a month. So I'm asking for a little bit of compensation for it and I failed! they won't give me something that can make me a little happy for buying their product!!

 

It's as if it's my fault of receiving a defective product.

 

Lessons Learned:

- Don't buy from their website and use it from another country (they will still order the parts from planet Jupiter)

- Always have a backup machine

- Apple support will try to help you yeah "try" but not really. They can't do anything not even a little compensation.
