2 different accounts, 2 countries, 2 different ...

so, i hope someone could explain me this.

I live in Europe, small continent, where countries were separated, and even if we have the european economical community, apple still see every country separated...

But,i can understand... thousand of contracts, different languages, different history for every country.

So i did two accounts, one for a country (France), and for (Italy)...

great...

my question is...

Why, if i use the same iTunes, version 12.7, for two different accounts, apple is allowed to block my music on one of them, and doesn't let me use it for 90 days?

ok, i give some details...

all my music (not Apple Music match) personal, from CDs, discography from all kind, is associated to my Italian account, then just because i moved into France, i dared to used on the same iTunes, the French account...

Apple said with a marvellous message, that view the fact that computer is associated to one ID, so im not allowed to download it for 90 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!

GUYS.... 90 DAYS.........

My property is blocked by them just because I dared to switch unintentionally with another account?????

tell me, in 2017, they build up the Face ID, and i can't use the same iTunes, for two different accounts????

i've been polite, because im looking for a serious answer, but guys(Apple) you really did a huge mess...
