forgot password and contacts

My ipad need activation lock but how to recover my icloud account, i forgot my password and my contact number register is not existing anymore.

If you can provide Apple with proof of purchase, you can contact support in order to get the Activation Lock remotely lifted for your device.

Thanks for the reply YakovM, unfortunately I do not have the proof of purchase anymore is there any other way?
