iTunes not working with 12.7

Hello,

I am running Sierra, MBP 2017. Yesterday, I received the update to iTunes 12.7. I am now experiencing the following symptoms:

Movies will not stream, movies will only play if downloaded.
TV Shows will not stream, TV Shows will only play if downloaded.
Music will not stream including iTunes Radio, music will only play if downloaded.
Movies begin in a large separated window and I cannot seem to find a way to get the window back into iTunes, only option was "Full Screen".

I have run Disk First Aid, no issues found and restarted a couple times. I know that this isn't a network connectivity item because:

I manage our ACL's and can see them, we haven't added any rules.
Happens at home and office.

Not sure what the deal is, has anyone run into these or fixed them? Also, since the update I lost my fingerprint 1! What in the world.

I'm on a Sierra iMac late 2012 and have the same problem! My kids are revolting from the lack of streaming!
