我的另一個hotmail被鎖了,急
您好!因為2017年9月1日上午的工作期間,我用辦公室的電腦登錄我的賬號,不能正常登錄,並提示密碼修複。
於是,我做了密碼修複,回答了問題,但是收到的郵件:修複失敗。後來,又遞交了資料,還是失敗,並且建議我重新申請賬號。。。
這個郵箱對我來說非常重要,上半年期間,頻繁有郵件往來,而且裏麵有重要的信息和附件資料!
希望誰能幫我解決一下?
