Grey start screen stripped on High Sierra (solved)

After 3 days trying figure out why my Macbook pro didn't restart properly (when it happened it was a miracle when did it). And call apple care dozen times trying resolve it, now  I know what's the problem. I have a SSD and an HDD in same computer and my user folder it was into HDD and system on SDD. I don't know why high Sierra don't understand and don't let me use a user folder outside from system's partition. Now I have to use the user folder at the same partition of system folder. It's such simple thing that nobody at apple care was able to say it. It's a shame apple. Launch a new system with just a little test.
