Where is my installed Apps in iTunes 12.7

I'm using iTunes 12.7 on Windows 10. (and iOS 10.3.3)

I want to reorder my iPhone's App Icon Pages (I want to move page 7 to page 2 without having to move every icon).  I've done this before in previous versions of iTunes from the Apps section.

I tried two different iPhones and when I plug them in, the "Apps" menu never shows under the side panel menu.  I can see and use Music, Movies, TV Shows Books, Audiobooks and Tones.  But no "Apps" menu!

With introdunction of iTunes 12.7 all app management is now done on the iDevices, not in iTunes.

How would we go about moving pages of app icons on the devices themselves? I need to move page 7 to page 2.  That's 24 icons.  Would be a very daunting task to move each icon one by one 5 pages.
