iTunes & Steam Link

I've encountered an oddity when watching iTunes content through my Steam Link.

Streaming a movie or tv show in your library works fine (albeit beibg laggy due to having to stream the movie as well as project it to your TV).

But if you have a movie downloaded to be watched offline, only the audio can be heard; there is no video coming up on the TV.

This is despite the fact that the video is playing fine on the laptop and all other aspects of the computer screen can be seen through Steam Link; the video area is just black on the TV.

I tested this by attempting to watch an offline movie I had downloaded (which showed only black screen), deleting the download and then streaming it (which worked). I'm currently re-downloading the movie to see if that changes anything as well.

I couldn't find anything else online about this, so I'm asking here (as well as on the Steam forums) if anyone has encountered anything similar.
