How do I force an iCloud photo upload?
With iCloud for Windows installed, I upload/copy my photos to the directory where iCloud for Windows is expecting to read new photos and upload to iCloud. My new photos are not being copied to iCloud. Apart from restarting/reinstalling iCloud for Windows, is there a way to force an upload of new items?
