Can I upgrade my iPad3 to 11.0? It is now 10.3.3

Can I upgrade my iPad3, 10.3.3 to 11.0?

Since I upgraded my iPhone I can't use iMessage or FaceTime on my iPad. Coincidence?

If you have the 3rd Generation iPad, then you only have iOS 9.3.5 which is highest you can go.

Which iPad do you actually have?

Settings > General > About > Model > ?

All I know is that I have 10.3.3 now
