I received an unsolicited notice of an unrequested update that had been made on my icloud storage, with a monthly charge. it states that I have 15 days to downgrade back to my original plan, cancel the upgrade. where can i send my cancel and refund request?

I am searching also on how to cancel my monthly storage plan. There is no where to cancel once you upgrade?

Make sure the auto renew button says no.  I just got off the phone with Apple and he said they can only take money if your auto renew is on.  Not sure where it is but keep looking til you find it.  It may be under iCloud.
