iPad Air 2 tapping problem

iOS 10.3.3

Problem:

- 1 single finger tap might occur either 2 times click or it misses the tap.

- slide through pages sometimes it misses the slide

Testing:

- I tried tapping "a" "b" repeating, this is the result
ababababababbababaabbababaabababababbab

Result:

repeating and missing tap occured

What should I do to repair this?
Is this consider as product (screen) defect?
