Problem with saving images in file manager brow...

I am having some issues with some file manager apps, I am trying to store a image from the Japanese fanart site called pixiv, and whenever I tried a app to save it into the file manager app, the image doesn't show and in EDI HD Browser, the image I'm trying to download fails and said stuff like permission is denied or something. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
