When on internet my Ipad suddenly goes back to ...

When I am on a webb page, reading or doing what so ever, my Ipad suddenly jump back to the (start page where all apps are) and I have to search and start all over again. My Ipad is a Ipad Wifi 16GB. I have restore the Ipad to factory setting but the problem remain.  Is this a hardweare problem or what ?   Bo

Hi. Is your storage full? Can you delete something to free up some space?
