Setting start/end times on Music app on iPhone

I've been setting start and stop times for songs on a playlist on my mac (to get rid of the long silent intros/outros).

However when I listen to this playlist on my iphone, these start/end time settings don't seem to be carried over.

Is there a way to make sure all the song settings are transferred over to the iphone?
