unable to log into itunes

I have just installed itunes on a new laptop, when i try to sign in or authorise the computer i enter my credentials but nothing happens, i've restarted itunes and my laptop and still can't log in, any ideas?

Try right-clicking on the iTunes shortcut and using Run as administrator. Any change?
