I can barely see my watch display while outdoor...

How can I improve my  watch face display visibility outdoors?

Follow the instructions here to adjust the brightness settings on your Apple Watch:

• Adjust brightness, text size, sounds, and haptics

Keep in mind that the screen may dim if your Apple Watch experiences above-normal operating temperatures:

• Keep Apple Watch within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support

If your Apple Watch display has suffered a permanent loss of brightness, then it may require service. I also have this question. I was using the Strava app at night, and when I turned my wrist to look at my status, it started out bright and immediately shifted to a barely visible level of brightness. Very frustrating, and I don't see anything about a setting for this in the manual from Apple.
