How to enable "Ipad Only" on Iphone appstore?

I am trying to download something on App Store that is only on iPad to my iPhone. But I cannot find filters on the iPhones App Store. I am looking for the iPad only filter.

If you are using an iPhone, you can only download apps to it for an iPhone. You wouldn't be able to transfer anything to an iPad, so why would you need to download it on your iPhone?
