Lord of the Rings Extended Edition missing Appe...

Why don't the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition contain all of the extras that their Blu-Ray and DVD counterparts have? The Hobbit Extended Editions manage it, so why not LOTR? How can we lobby for these to be added? Does anyone have a contact at Apple/New Line/WB so I can ask.

You need to contact the film studio/rights-holder, Apple aren't responsible for what they have or haven't omitted from their films. Try going to their website and see if there are contact details.
