Problem with keyboard on MacBook Pro Late 2011?

Hey! I spilled some water on my keyboard, it dried out and seemed to work good as before the accident, but after a month one number "4" just do not responds, when I press it I hear just the "Funk" sound. Strange thing that it works perfectly in calculator app and sometimes when i press+hold Option key. Can you help to find out where is the problem, with software or hardware?
