Profile Manager Groups

I am in a school environment and use ASM and Profile Manager to add students and classes. I have add some new classes and moved the students from one class to another as new academic year. I have also added a new Year group. When I look on Profile Manager this has all happened and looks good. However, the Profile Manager seems to have not pushed this out to the iPads. They are still showing last terms details and they have not moved the students to the new classes and not added the new Year group. How can I get Profile Manager to update the iPads?

The iPads are on iOS version 10.2

That's great but ASM = Apple School Manager and not Assembly Systems.
