Files app shows 0 items, 41.16 GB available. How do I get content? iPhone 5s and iPad mini 4. iOS 11.

Hi. First, you're looking at iCloud Drive. Have you stored any files in iCloud Drive?

Second, On my iPad only shows apps that have been updated to work with Files. There are new updates for the iWork apps (Pages, etc.) that sort of work.
