mail not forwarding messages or attachments

Hiya

I am using mac mail and recently I have been having issues when forwarding emails. It seems that when I am forwarded my message appears to the recipients but the message I am forwarding and any attachments do not. This issue seems to be only with PC users. When I am forwarding to another mac user there is not an issue.

It has been happening for about 6 months so I presume from a recent software update.

My macbook is (late 2011) and OS Sierra 10.12.5
