iTune

I have been charged HKD88 for iTune every month although I have never used it.  How can I stop and request to reimburse the amount that I have paid for unused services?

If you've never used iTunes do you mean that the card that is being charged is not linked to an iTunes account ? If you do then contact the card issuer and get the card cancelled and replaced and get them to investigate.

 

If you do have an iTunes account with that card linked to it, have you checked the account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? If it's every month : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

 

If it shows there but you didn't buy it, and if nobody else has access to the account and did it, change the account's password if you haven't already done so (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com or  https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

 

If it doesn’t show on your account(s) contact the card issuer
