I have received an error message

Hello,

 

Can someone help me figure out this ongoing error message I have been receiving for months now when trying to update the latest OS version on my iPad???

 

I've cleared enough space for the download, which was the first error message, then it gave me this other error message.

 

*My iPad also has issues syncing with my IMac...in case that helps make a connection to solve this mystery.

 

This delay is messing up all of my other app functions...please help.
