I am trying to use the HP air print on my iPad ...

I am trying to use the HP air print on my iPad Air to print something in my mail. Instead of a page of text the screen shows the mail it formatted in large type taking 10 pages rather than one page of print. This just started yesterday. I have an old iPad that is not experiencing this problem.
