Having issues with their keys on the 2017 MacBo...

I recently purchased a 2017 MacBook Pro and I had to bring it back to the Apple Store twice for issues with the N key. It has lost it's spring and is not working when I press it. This is my third new (2017) computer with the ame issue. Apple Support siad I have to send it out for repairs and may have to wait a week before I get it back. Since I use the unit strictly for work, being down a week without my MacBook will cost me money.

 

Apple is great with customer service. I'm a longtime loyal customer and haven;t had any issues with their products but these latest MacBook Pros. I'm searching for an Apple exec that I can voice my complaint with but can't seem to get a name on line. Does anyone have any ideas?
