Dose my right USB malfunction?

Does right USB port on my MacBook Pro 13" 2015 malfunction?

I usually didn't notice this issue, most of time I usually used devices with left USB port.

Only sometime I plugged them to the right, such today.... I plugged my iPhone 7 into the right side USB port.

Nothing happens, I thought lighting cable may malfunction at first. Then I plugged on the other side.

It works like normal!!?

I tried to figure it out. Does my right side USB port was malfunction?

In system report. both side of USB port could offer mA not over than 1000 mA

(figure A - Left is USB on MacBook Pro's left side, and figure B - is right USB port )

As you can see, with device not over than 1000 mA could be able works on both side of USB.

Only my iPhone with over 2.1 A (2100 mA) could not works on right side.

Please help me find the answer.
