Wacom Intuos are not working properly on my MBP

Hi all I just migrate all the data from my old MBP to new MBP with same EL Captain few days ago.

But the Wacom Intuos are getting malfunctioning frequently - sometimes it works for 15 minutes and "freeze" with no response for 3-10 minutes(it seldom happen on my old MBP with EL Captain), sometimes it "stick" to the text or photos where I click and won't release it for 2-3 minutes. It will return to "normal" when I unplug and replug the USB port.

From the Wacom Desktop center - I find that the status will display "device not connected" when the tablet is no response. May be the USB has problems ? or software issue???

Re: my trackpad are working fine.
