charges I didnt make?

I didn't make the charge today for $19.99 on my account... when will I get a refund! I have changed my pass word

What indication do you have that a charge was made? See "I got an email saying I bought something from the iTunes Store, but I didn't!"

If you received an email about an unfamiliar purchase, it might be a phishing scam. Don't call, email or click on any links. Just delete the email and you'll be fine.

 

To confirm if the purchase was really made, log into your Apple ID/iTunes account directly and check your billing or purchase history. You can also file for a refund from there.
