Im having charges on my account and i did not m...

i'm having some charges on my account and I have not made any purchases, who can I call to remove these charges?



You mean that they show on your iTunes account(s)  (and/or family members if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? Or on your credit card account ?

 

If they on your iTunes account(s)  but you didn't buy them, and no else has access to your account and/or devices/computers and did them, then change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support (there isn't a phone number for iTunes Support) : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

 

If they only show on your credit card account (and aren't temporary store holding charges) contact the card issuer

Did you add, change or verify card details on the account when downloading the update : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If not have you looked at the account's purchase history, could it have been for something else ?
