I pad locked how do I reset it

I do I unlock my iPad can't remember passcode

I removed my I Pad from list of devices but my I Pad still won't open just says disabled contact iTunes

Turn ipad off

Make sure your pc is running the latest iTunes 12.6.2 conect lead to USB on your pc

Press& hold just the power button down on ipad don't let go

Connect lead to ipad keep power button pressed down until pc sees iPhone Then wait for restore you may need to do this more than once.
